Printing of Calendar

We used to use Calendar Creator before we purchased Tandem. We use Premier for our handbook, we will need to download a copy of the calendar to them for our handbook, is there a way we can get a clean copy of the calendar without all the extras on the top and bottom such as LHS calendar page 1 of 1 on the top and the holiday break no school ect on the bottom of the calendar when it is printed?

Yes you can get a fairly clean printout of the calendar.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6, click the printer icon on the month view of the calendar. This will remove the headers and present you with a plain calendar.
Next, click the IE 'Tools' dropdown and choose 'Internet Options...' Click on the' Advanced' tab and locate the 'Printing' section. Check the box next to 'Print background colors and images', click 'Apply', then 'Ok'.
Now find the IE 'File' dropdown and choose 'Page Setup'. Change the Orientation to 'Landscape' and remove '&w&bPage &p of &P' and '&u&b&d' from the header and footer rows.

Now click the IE 'File' and 'Print'.

If that does not solve your issues I recommend getting the Firefox web browser. It will give you the ability to easily print the calendar in a 'Shrink to fit' mode.

Yes, we removed the legend from the bottom of the printable month view.
